Pan-Fried Bread with Omelet and Red Chilly Chutney

This is a good recipe for kids

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (use more if required)
  • Onion 20g
  • Curry leaves 6 piece julienne
  • Salt, Pepper 1g (add accordingly for taste)
  • Coconut oil 10ml
  • Bread 3 pieces
  • Chilly powder 1 tablespoon (for chutney)
  • Coconut oil 1 tablespoon (for chutney)
  • Tamarind pulp 1 teaspoon (for chutney)
  • Salt 20g (for chutney)

Directions

For making chutney mix all ingredients

Add water for consistency

Preparing egg, mix all ingredients and whisk until some bubbles form

Heat pan and add oil

Pour egg mixture

Small flame

Put bread slices on top of egg mixture

Flip bread after a few seconds. This is to make the egg attached to the bread

Put 1 teaspoon chutney on top of bread and chutney

Flip bread and omelet together
